Radisson Seven Seas Cruises. Of all the cruise lines on which we have sailed, this is the finest. They have six distinct ships offering varied itineraries, large suites with verandas, gourmet cuisine, highly personalized and attentive service, all drinks and gratuities. The new Mariner is the world's first all-suite, all-balcony cruise ship.
Crystal Cruises. This Six-Star rated cruise line features two large ships carrying only 940 guests each, the Crystal Harmony and the Crystal Symphony. Enjoy the finest in food and service, a lavish spa and the Caesars Palace at Sea Casino. The suites are fantastic and over half of the staterooms have verandas.
Cunard Line. Providing luxury ocean travel for 160 years, Cunard is noted for luxurious accommodations, exquisite personal service, gourmet cuisine, and exciting and exotic destination opportunities. The famed Queen Elizabeth II is the flagship, but look for the new Queen Mary to be launched in late 2003 or early 2004.
Seabourn Cruise Line. Satisfying an affluent, well-traveled clientele who want only the best, this is an ultra luxury cruise line with a contemporary four-vessel fleet offering a "country club at sea."
Orient Lines. This cruise line operates award-winning CruiseTour vacations to all seven continents at affordable prices. Sailing world-wide, its three ships offer 10 to 132-day itineraries.
Silversea. This is a very upscale cruise line featuring plush, all-suite accommodations and highly attentive, impeccable service on its four ships. Three of these ships carry only 296 guests each, but the new Silver Whisper carries 382. All beverages and gratuities are included.
Windstar Cruises. Four sleek sailing ships carry between 148 and 308 passengers each. The sails are computer controlled. Here you will enjoy luxury accommodations in a casual atmosphere. Couples oriented, this cruise line is perfect for honeymooners and young professionals.
Holland America Line. With a fleet of 10 ships, and with 5 more planned through 2005, Holland America sails to all seven continents and more than 280 ports of call. Food and service are excellent, and there is no tipping. The ships are beautiful with many works of art. Great prices.
Royal Caribbean International. This mass-market cruise line has always featured outstanding food and service. Its 16-vessel fleet sails to Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, Mexico, the Caribbean, Canada, New England, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, South America, and the Bahamas. Pricing is excellent. Its new, huge ships offer beautiful decor and an incredible array of activities including ice skating, rock climbing, miniature golf and roller skating. Appealing to couples and singles in their 30's to 50's as well as families, this is a very cost effective vacation.
